Refund Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and timelines for refunds from Aadhya Self Drive.

1. Cancellation Refunds

Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy. The amount refunded depends on when the cancellation is made.

2. Security Deposit Refund

The security deposit will be refunded to you within 3–5 days after the vehicle is returned and inspected for damages. Any costs for damages, fines, or excess fuel usage will be deducted from the deposit.

3. Processing Time

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

4. Disputes

If you have any concerns about a deduction or the refund amount, please contact our customer support team with your booking details within 7 days of receiving your refund statement.
