1. Cancellation Timeframes

• 24 hours or more before pickup: You can cancel, and the amount you paid is refunded.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: The booking can't be cancelled, and the amount paid is not refundable.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, log in to the app or our website and open the 'My Bookings' section. Cancellation is available until 24 hours before pickup. Our team is available 24/7 if you need help.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your rental at the scheduled time without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Modifications

Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible to request any changes to your booking.
